My primary method for achieving this goal is through Aanandham, where I assist individuals in resolving their life challenges in every area to live a contented and well-rounded life.
I refer to it as a holistic approach because it involves addressing all aspects of life, recognizing that they are interconnected rather than separate, and solving problems in each area to improve overall well-being.
I am a mother of two children, living joyfully along with my husband in the UK and have been involved in a lot of charity works relating to health and well-being for the past more than ten years.
